Mr. Green graduated from Ohio Northern University with a B.A. in English and a concentration in English Literature. He went on to major in both English and mathematics at Eastern Michigan University where he received teaching credentials in both subjects.
Mr. Green has taught in a pilot program bringing Harvard University's CS50, an introductory Computer Science course, into high schools as part of the AP Computer Science Principles curriculum. He also brings with him a strong background in ACT/SAT prep tutoring and the Common Core curriculum to the Middle School and High School programs at Bayshore Prep.
Mr. Green is originally from Bowling Green, Ohio, and lived in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Southeast Michigan before relocating with his wife at the beginning of 2014. He is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys reading, writing software, and pursuing research interests in proof theory, computability, and natural language processing.
